To mark this year’s UN Global Day of Parents, on June 1st Minister O’Gorman launched a new online e-learning course for parents of young children, as well as a new statistical spotlight report on parents in Ireland, a consultation with parents report, and a literature review on parenting supports in Ireland.
The “Relationships are Key” e-learning course for parents was developed by Tusla’s National Parenting Working Group in collaboration with parents. It is available here.
The ‘Development of a national model of parenting support services – literature review’ collates and summarises the findings of recent Irish research with parents, capturing their views and experiences of parenting supports. You can find the consultation with parents and the literature review here.
