The Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, Roderic O’Gorman T.D., launched the What Works Sharing Knowledge Fund in 2022. This fund supported professionals working with children and young people through prevention and early intervention programmes to promote peer interaction, project collaborations and knowledge dissemination.
Through this fund, €408,000 was awarded across 25 organisations around Ireland.

Early Childhood Ireland expanded its Learning Hub, creating a designated Pedagogy Space. This Pedagogy Space hosts a new “This is me!” course designed in partnership with Mother Tongues Ireland. The course explores language and identity in Early Years settings. Learn more about this here.
